You seem to "know" everything about the possible result of this very prolonged case - maybe you could disclose your sources instead of waffling such generalisations. The "market" will be inclined to sell any small caps for the purpose of the tax loss selling window (2 days left). Of course one runs the risk of Justice Jacobsen ringing both CHM and MMX when he will advise the date of his decision. That will of course be followed at an appropriate date and time with a trading halt in both stocks.Unlikely however for him to do anything until July.
As all CHM holders know it is a simple punt for them - for the risk of $10K you could possibly make 7-10 times your money or lose the lot. For some people that isn't a bad bet especially if you know more "facts" than the "fiction" that has been blabbered about on this site for the last two years!!
