I don’t think who buys matters now. IMO there are a limited number of scenarios with slight variations as to how this plays out.
1. The drugs works, it gets proven in a current clinical trial in a timely manner and a deal gets done (buyout or partnership)
2. The drug works, however management fumble around with poor trail design and understanding of recruitment challenges and don’t execute the strategy well and a deal takes forever as we burn capital and lose FIC / BIC mover advantage
3. The drug doesn’t work this time around for someone reason and we become another failed ASX biotech.
Even if Dr T or another large holder did by $5k worth no one would know as it wouldn’t trigger a notice.
Can you hold off on buying first thing please. I might try and ride your purchase for a 10% SP pump trade
