I did think that, though the caveat there is this signals no news is expected. Word back from a client, new orders or just general improvement in the quarterly might not preclude BO from buying but may impact the SP.
Speaking of the quarterly, if PWN wanted to excite the market then a positive trading update and predictions of cashflow break even are a good way to go. Revenue estimates and EBITDA forecasts should be possible this close to year end.
