Interesting method to calculate.
Last quarterly they had about $700K left and they spent about $3M for the March 1/4 so I would say there is no cash.
The exercise of options increases the issued capital so no net benefit. Most likely a dilution.
Market cap at 3.5c is $71M so a cash shortfall on my basic maths.
Hope the other assets have some value greater than $10M or the NST share price rockets for the 1.5M we will own.
