    I wouldn't be so concerned about the FIRB's (or Grim JIm as Treasurer's) attitude but your other points are completely valid.

    I was considering jumping in but given UMG's lacklustre record and its very poor Chairman (a legend in his lunchtime), second thoughts have so far seen me decline to take this step.
