Really hard to predict .
There will be a very large shortfall in the rights issue but as there is an oversubscription facility , that may absorb all of that shortfall and more .
Overall could be a shortfall or even they might raise a little more than they aimed for if the oversubscription is large enough and the BOD decide to accommodate that oversubscription .
We will know soon enough .
5 cents might seem to be a bargain with all wells online if they produce at expectations .
