Why wait? Obvious answer would be that the Board is hoping/waiting for a deal to drop which would rejuvenate the SP. A secondary reason…to get past the EOFY CG loss selling.
One comment on the Qld grants…they are “UP TO” $2 million. In all likelihood considerably less. And they require like-for-like contributions. So, however you slice it; ADO is cash starved. Unfortunately.
