Why not a small cap raise to get the ball rolling and a line of credit while the pipe build is in progress?
Equity will always be the most expensive form of funding - a worthwhile project will always pay for itself and why dilute the LTH's on the way through?

Would be great to see a pipeline underway - with BLU's current MC, a big ask for BLU to go it alone, I expect?
