Just a couple of questions on the model guys:
1. Did you build the rent increases into the model? I believe it should be 3 percent higher than last year due to the rent reviews
2. There is also the 3.2 million minority stake in the Home HQ Artamon property which according to the old URB investments presentation was paying a distribution of slightly over 6 percent. This should be bringing in an extra 190k to 200k a year in income for TOT
