Good onya Penny. Hand the whole venture back to Russia so they can continue to make ALL of the profit for themselves. There is effectively no input from Australia to run this successful business. Any changes will hardly be noticed and the ships will continue to come and take the coal to China and the profits to Putin. Putin will be free sell the whole lot to China and make a killing. I feel good for the hard working people of Chukotka who keep this business running. They are 8 time zones east of Moscow and have been free of Moscow's shenanigans.
