Interesting that in the first half year ended December 31 2022 included in the P&L were:

Property expenses and outgoings $811,000
Administration expenses $205,000
Management fees $856,000

If the status quo for these expenses remains and is consistent half on half, that would be an annual run rate of $3,744,000.

The previous poster clearly pointed out the scenario that might apply should the portfolio be revalued.

I guess we'll get more of an idea when the full year result is released.
