Kachoo - Patience is often a virtue. I've stayed patient even through the following horrible events:
1. The casino deals. Our technology was installed, tests worked, clients liked it, and then, nothing.
2. Our off the shelf product a few years ago. Money spent, big build up, and then, nothing.
3. Akida 1.0. - I don't need to expand on this.
The above is a track record of failed attempts at commercialising the tech. The tech is remarkable but the Company has fallen at the management quality. The deals with Renesas and Megachips have potential, but in the grand scheme of things they are small fry.
In my time on board for 7 years, I estimate we have signed 2-300 NDA's, yet only a miniscule amount have borne fruit. This constitutes another unfavourable track record.
The above is very negative, but it is only the truth. I sold a lot recently but kept a good chunk as perhaps someone will come along and buy us out, for a multiple of 7-10x.
