Fred's departure from the board is being taken out of context here.
He is still one of the T20 shareholders (my guess) and is simply giving up his seat at the board and nominal salary.
This is an opportunity for a more aligned director to join the board who is able to bring new ideas, skills and networks to the board. One who is younger and able to focus more energy on Weebit.
