    The FRS fiasco was for a WA tenement, so shouldn't effect their position in the Cup.

    Amazing how well the racing analogy stands up: (except for point 4)

    I'm sure it was an honest mistake by FRS. Ozzie explorers would never intentionally mislead investors (IMO DYOR)
