I don't see a problem. No one has complained. This is just Downer bashing by the banks (mainly) who have Downer on their hit list over the Reliance Rail debacle.
If the customers are late making payments then that can result in delayed payments to suppliers and contractors. Its called cash flow and we all do it at times.
But the banks don't like it. They would rather you get bridging finance from them and pay them the interest.
The banks also want to bash Downer down so that they can load up before Christmas Creek is announced.
