Dawney & Co clearly see the value in pursuing the legal claims. Why else would they be offering to buy it? Why else would they have bought so many shares in BHD in the first place?
Maybe their strategy is to annoy the shareholders into just giving up and selling out. "We know we can't win this vote but we're going to continue wasting the company's resources by calling pointless meetings."
I very much look forward to seeing the board's long term plans play out.
