I've dipped my toe in the water now and will look to slowly grow.
The structure at BKW just makes sense - buy the land, build, lease - especially when they make many of the building materials and set up a jv with the land/leasing side of things.
The US move is interesting and is what was the catalyst for my entry now. The growth potential here is massive and if they strike it right could make some serious revenue in a growing market.
