it is dosed by weight. In the trial, Katelin was much lighter, so her dose of 35mg/kg came out to be about 10cc of NNZ-2566. At the same dosage of 35mg/kg she gets 15 cc of Daybue. The recommended dose of 200mg/kg puts her in the 60cc category. Almost all parents are starting out low and titrating up. I decided to start at her trial dose because she did so well (and is again) sorry, it gets a bit confusing with all those numbers!
