I can't recall the 2019 DFS numbers, but I know they were low.
Even if they were to double the capex would still be manageable.
RNU have a healthy cash balance, especially if you factor in the Gov loan (a follow up on this would be nice).
When they last raised at 27.5 DC stated Capex numbers were finalised in the BAM, so I assume they raised what was required.
