agreed. But it is not a great negotiating position with your stock suspended. Normally whilst there are big commercial matters outstanding there is no need to be in a halt. The halt generally means it’s all agreed pending execution. After all we are able to raise funds within the Trading Halt time so it’s not a good look to go into suspension.
it could be that ASX is giving grief on the wording of an announcement that might be skirting around production forecasts which are possibly part of the agreement.
