I don't spend much time here anymore but some comments here just goes to show how many uneducated retail investors there are on the ASX.

Lots of selfish, jealous types on these forums. Individual directors buying on market being a buy signal and the opposite with selling is the biggest myth getting around. People see a director buying as being a positive for their OWN investment and a negative when they sell, for their OWN investment, it correlates to a company's success or failure just as much as it doesn't. This method of reference is so simplistic it's embarrassing.

And I've enjoyed reading posts from armchair tax experts that have intimate knowledge of directors personal tax positions lol. Fair suck of the sauce bottle...

Just to qualify, I'm talking in reference to shares that have been purchased on market or during a CR, not from a cache of "performance rights".
