BelCRAP. Will this commission isolate the number of Iraqis killed by your mates the Jihad Muslim fanatics?

Will this commission also investigate the number of DELIBERATE killings that were occuring during SH's murderous reign so we can make a real and sensible comparison between the pre SH period and the post SH period?

Why does this report highlight the fact that ONLY 12% of Iraqi hospitals were damaged during the war? Surely the fact (I am assuming it is a fact) that ONLY12% were damaged gives credence to the efforts by the coalition to avoid, where possible, damage to these facilities.

This report must have been prepared by buff heads, as they are obviously not aware that during a war some buildings will get destroyed. It is obviously very very biased (what else can you expect from an UN agency?),as it gives very little credence to the efforts by the coalition to improve the health conditions of the common Iraqi. And this is inspite of the efforts by the Jihad terrorist to frustrate these efforts.
