    Hey Nord,

any other thoughts on the terms?

The $100m in local currency is... a feel that is a small negative, though my guess as to the why... is the Government is short USD and by having a 'friendly' local entity needing $100m USD converted is nice step (hopefully the Government in turn supports WAF to the hilt in all matters).
If you estimate of the interest rate is correct, then it seems about right, considering NST could get 6.3% for the safest jurisdiction on the plant for its super pit 'refit'.
Sprott always gets it's pound of flesh, $18.6m USD in what is basically a royalty, seems steep! But... Sprott is damn good at squeezing its customers.
Repayments/early etc and the no hedging seem fine.
