Why?
Possible reasons....(possible)...
1. IIQ has been hibernating (from market's perspective) for some time. It's gone off many people's radar.
2. Biotech stocks are out of favour at the moment.
3. No liquidity - anybody trying to buy-in even a small amount will jack the price. Psychologically, they can't bring themselves to pay much more than current price. And they are probably hoping to catch some EOFY loss sellers.
4. Many holders bought in well above $1.00 and probably many got caught holding after the last "Alan Kohler" run-up to $4.00 - if they haven't sold on the way down by now, they'll be hanging on.
Will take a while for it to inch-up until market price encourages enough sellers to create a more liquid market.
