Agree. I for one am happy to wait until Monday - good timing.
Amusing watching the angst here from nervous punters. I bet they'll be the first to sell off the DFS, good or bad news, to lock in their tax loss.
I think we should have modest expectations around Phase 1 DFS. These days I'm a back of the envelope kind of guy, mostly due to lack of time rather than lack of spreadsheet skills, but I'm going to guess $100M USD CAPEX, $500M USD NPV... we'll probably get some selling until full permits and stage 2 DFS arrive.
