I would say there is nothing wrong with it per-se, it was just a re-release of the existing Resource Statement that was in the IPO Prospectus document for TNC, there was absolutely no new drill data in it at all so it could hardly be called market sensitive, so they must have pissed off someone in the ASX compliance area for possible "attention seeking" behavior.
