I concur, Being open and transparent about what you are offering is the key. Keep it all transparent and in the public domain, that way the court of public opinion can assess the company as being reasonable and not out to figuratively rape and pillage without conscience and may also help cap further claims… as in ‘ this new pit is half the size of the last one, that we’re about to rehabilitate for your f..ng reindeer and you want 4x as much as we gave you for that one now? WTF???’
