It reads “ . . . funds will be available on the completion of loan documentation expected this month”
That means the completion of loan documentation is expected this month, not necessarily drawdown of funds. Why would they drawdown on the funds until they are needed? Why pay interest until absolutely necessary?
I doubt that the completion of these documents requires that the market be informed. I do however believe there will be an announcement to the market when drawdown occurs.
