In hindsight, Clifford was a vandal. AMI should divest Dargues for a peppercorn and move on.
To have said Dargues was a complementary asset and would provide synergies was a black-faced lie.
Until Dargues goes, everyone here will be haunted.
Note to Board - donate Dargues to a charity but not Royal Flying Doctors. I would not want it to drag them down.
