dribble on undervalued stocks via nta's

Thought i'd have a look at a few undervalued stocks ...

Warning...they are usually below NTA value for a good reason but the recent debate about interest rates staying put (or even going down ) has implications to the $AUD that make some of them worth looking into....

A few investment co's to start with....if the market tanks you don't want to be holding these but it looks safe at the mo imo?

WAB....trading just below NTA of $1.04 & has been paying a useful FF divvy....Like the spin on making profits while the market is going down as well..but this puts a bit of a cap on your gains. They also have a bonus clause that helps motivate managers to perform.....Boss sold out of a few a while ago but still holds a goodly parcel

IBC.....A long history with this one but trading below NTA of 60c & worth a look based on FF divvy's....

XAN....nice little wine co. New management seems to have turned the co around & once the market realises how well they are doing in England things should change for the share price. Had a bit of bad luck with a fire & insurance due to be paid shortly. Trading at around 1/2 NTA of 15c.

There are others out there such as....ADT ANE CXL DSF FWF .... but like I said , trading below NTA is usually not a sign of market confidence but occassionally a bargin can be found.

Like XAN for a turn around story....worth 20c in my books sometime in next 7 months*.
