Generally moving businesses to "assets held for sale" will result in writedowns - the goodwill at the meat business will go for sure, > $2M, but I expect more. With a market cap of approx $20M these impairments will be significant in relative terms. Inflationary pressures as previously detailed, especially energy, and interest rate rises make for tough times.
