Yeah interesting take on it.
iirc the tranche 1 perf shares vesting critera was a $250m market cap by June 30th.
I was largely expecting a $100m equity placement to be announced today - for no other reason than that is the amount required to get their shares!
I would be a little peeved if we get an announcement on Monday after the deadline and it is somehow backdated such that the 80m shares are issued.
50mins left until the fat lady sings however, and it wouldn't surprise me if it something does drop along those lines before close.
My guess is $100m equity from the Saudis. I just hope it is on favourable terms to shareholders and not just Tony and co.
I may add the above is mere postulation on my behalf.
