Wipeoff I have already lost heaps on the options when they expired so I do not feel like losing anymore.
I do not have a gut feeling on this one.
If the company wins the court case it will probably be at least 3 months before the company can ramp up a drilling program and get some results, so the SP has plenty of time to weaken after the initially euphoria if the court case is won.
Also the the Uranium price has dropped from $100 to $40 a pound since MLS last had a good run.
