The report gives a neat quote from a Swiss Renaissance physician, Paracelsus, who is considered by some to be the first toxicologist. To illustrate that the Wikipedia entry for Paracelsus gives an example from 2007 of a woman in the USA who died after drinking 2 gallons of water to trying to win a radio station challenge. Even water can be deadly if over consumed!
