I guess at the end of the day Cvn is the party that can afford to do the drilling. Isn't that the biggest bargaining chip? Maybe there is room to move in negotiations if commercial quantities are found.

Sur raised $4m back in June 2008 by way of convertable note and stated the funds raised would be used "predominantly" for concession L20/50. Their cash flow is quite limited.

Your right though, the tax concessions are favourable to Cvn.

Just thinking allowed. No conspiracy theories.

I've followed Cvn for years now and am quite happy to accumulate at these levels. Just trying to get an idea for their strategy going forward.
