The shares weren't issued at a discount. It was done at a recent Vwap price which ended up being at 1.4c

The loan itself is really an accounting treatment, no money changes hands to management, it's simply noted on the balance sheet as a loan outstanding. The cash to fund the shares never leaves the bank account as the shares are being issued vs buying them on market.

Yes, whilst management has a number of performance milestones from previous year performance share incentives still able to be met, most of these are well out of reach in the short / possibly medium term.

Reality is if / when they are able to meet these milestones, the company will be moving ahead at a great rate of knots + share price would likely be materially higher than the current price.

So I ask you, would you be unhappy if that were the case?
