I agree as well but it looks like Bill is telling everyone he will have no issues raising funds without asking shareholders again.
Other point to note is the free cash flow is lower than the previous 2018 DFS by VXR. But this latest update is for Underground first and not OP first so it is hard to compare
Overall I have mixed feelings about the latest DFS and understand why it was sold off aggressively in the morning before making a remarkable comeback.
Will continue to hold as DVP is now more than just Sulphur Springs.
