I don't think there'll be an election till after the rspt (which should be renamed) is settled. The government wants to to to the voters NOW so there's pressure all round.

Since Rudd's gone the market seems to have normalized and is truely representative of market forces ex the tax.

Personally I wouldn't expect too much, price wise, of FMS at the moment.

This will be a rocky 6 months.
