firstly mim, this back and forth started with your direct reply to my post yesterday. I usually let things go but if you direct reply to me, I guess it's fair for me to critique your IMO down ramping reply and wishy washy follow up reply

how it will be funded and how much dilution definitely

my main concerns and research at this stage is all about how will/can the new management commercialise our tech and how much they will/could receive for it. anyway each their own opinion.
