I am keen to invest into brazilian lithium companies and GMN has a lot of promise with the current tenements. However with any investment I have to do due diligence on the management. The current company structure seems extremely complicated with how linked GMN is to Mars Mines.. and the more I dig the more questions come up.

Isn't there a conflict of interest if he is running both Gold Mountain and Mars Mines? i.e. How can he make deals with himself?

David Evans should just come out and explain what his intentions are with both companies (GMN and Mars Mines).

Anyone have any info on David Evans? He has 28 years experience in the industry, which companies has he been involved with?

Then there is the question around the relationship of Mars Mines and Cann Global (cannabis company). What is the relationship of Mars Mines and Cann Global?
