If there is a dodgy deal, Andy/Dennis/Kristy will be wanting to cover it up, and it would be likely that entities associated with them will be buying shares as hard as they can, and will vote them. If they win at the EGM any dodginess will probably remain unknown. We shareholders who are voting against the resolutions should probably buy & vote more shares, so they're in our hands, not the rogues' hands.
