if u look at CZD with the bones of metabolic, they are in a difficult/desperate position, they have little cash, most of which has been put on the nose of the apparently failed ATC/AVX???!!!, and cant raise capital from the market for their struggling drugs...

could a vote for drongo result in a czd merger at 2c??? is that the best way forward for your AVX holding...
