The board needs to conduct an investigation into management's handling of the negotiations and management of the relationship.
Company management appear to have their heads in the sand regarding this partner's capability.
Need to understand the chronology of events leading up to discovery of the group's funding situation, including the opportunities CTP management had to reaffirm this and what actions being taken in the event that they didn't.
Like, was it Peak's responsibility to provide input/apply for the permit with the NT gov and dragging their feet because they knew they had no means to fund it?
Should CTP management have probed more invasively into Peak's intent/ability but instead pretended nothing was wrong when they should've been asking questions?
