I agree - capital cost has blown out they need to go back to their respective boards. They have bought forward some costs that would be normally after an FID - engineering etc. Which would indicate they are very committed to get it going and I'd suggest the approval on cost is a mere formality. The numbers on this project have the potential to be staggering
