Sometimes these projects get sold for a low price, or get taken over at a low price, as the company is not in a strong bargaining position. CHN is my favorite, but they may not be interested. This pretty well looks shovel-ready. It would need to be a big company, that has the financial power to develop it . Might need 500- $1000 million. it's a big ask , but to sell for peanuts may be to pass up the long shot
