    Yep if they manage to get MOS at this price it represents good value for them...

    Why would you accept the 1.01 per hundred offer???
    unless the AGK shares hit $15.00each it represents worse value than accepting the .15cent per share bid.

    Schoolboy math.

    Undervalued IMO, specially since 4c a share in cash. Add that to the offer and 19c seems a fairer price.Lets hope management have the long suffering shareholders interest in mind and not just looking after themselves
