    Sure anyone can sell at any time ...

    They claim the value is 56 cents a share based on last DVP price then they do a CR at a lower price .... thats the price they should have used in putting out a supposed value per ESS share.

    Anyways shame it doesn't, when taking all the factors into account, really provide a better deal than the TLEA one. But then that was never likely to be MINs intent.

    Can only hope for a better cash offer to appear.
