Me I this scenario would start here and go backwards. It was a different management and company a few years back. I have in the last week alone just travelled and suggested to at least five colleagues on different intervals, separately , to research. All have come back today with ”wow “ . They all research differently, was kinda cool and supportive for me. It took em 3-5 days. Start here and go back.
