So who is Penta? A quick search on web-site.com reveals the following:
We get confirmation that Penta is indeed behind Old Peak. Also the driving force behind Penta is John Zwaanstra. He is an ex Soros Fund Management trader who went independent by founding Penta. At its peak (around 2011?) the businesses managed close to 3bn. Since then it has apparently lost quite a bit of AUM but I cannot find any further details. The trail goes cold or I’m not looking at the right places.
