I would say they will be building a big safety net before they increase the dividends, given theyre at or very close to 3 billion when the financials come out. There could still be potential bigger cost blowouts at anystage and still potentially plenty of money to be spent before completion of anything going on at the moment, Increase in the dividends at this point is not needed imo till completion of P1000, which will be running at current resource point for over 20 years
